KEANE: "Well, I think the most significant thing about President Trump so far is he delivers on a promise. The whole month has been one series of announcements and execution of policies that he said he would deliver to the American people. So I think that is very encouraging, because our adversaries are watching this, and they get I I what they see is a strong, decisive leader. And they also are wary of him, to be sure. And I think our allies have got to be reassured that the united States has a strong leader who’s reassuring them that he’s going to back them. And he’s had his secretary of state, secretary of defense doing just that this week with our European allies."
