WHITMAN: "Where does Tracy think the money is going to come from to pay the student loans for further education that get people out of minimum wage jobs. You don't have money to pay off the student loans, so how are they going to educate themselves --"
BYRNES: "You just insulted every minimum wage worker on the planet, because you are presuming none of them have college degrees --"
WHITMAN: "No, to further education you need student loans, and to pay off a student loan it's going to pretty hard to do that at $7.50 an hour."
