In an exclusive interview with CNN, Amanda Knox will discuss an Italian appeals court's reasoning for reinstating her murder conviction. She talks to Chris Cuomo at 10 p.m. Thursday (tonight).

Knox returned to the United States in 2011 after a 2009 conviction in roommate Meredith Kercher's death was overturned.

A Florence appeals court in January again convicted Knox and former boyfriend Raffaele Sollecito. The court explained that move in a 337-page document released this week.

Ruling Judge Alessandro Nencini said Kercher and Knox in 2007 had disagreed over rent payment for the house they shared, and "there was an argument, then an elevation and progression of aggression."
