About 30,000 people, including a few celebrities, crowded onto the South Lawn of the White House on Monday for the annual Easter Egg Roll.
“Happy Easter! This is the biggest event we have at the White House all year long,” President Obama told the crowd before introducing first lady Michelle Obama. He joked that his only jobs for the day were to officiate at the egg roll and introduce his wife.
