David Jolly spoke to Megyn Kelly moments ago after he beat Alex Sink in the Florida Special Election. The district is one Obama won in 2008 and 2012. Jolly was outspent by a margin of 2 to 1 and he still beat Sink. Bill Clinton made a pitch for Sink and Sabato had said the district leans Democratic. Jolly said the election is symbol of big government. The election is not just about Obamacare he said but about government invading people's lives.
