DEUTSCH: “You know, there’s a great saying, a very famous author one said, the consumer is not a consumer, it’s your husband or it's your wife or it's your child. And the voter is not just the voter, it’s a husband. People are not stupid."

DEUTSCH: "OK. People are not stupid. He has said -- it was not like he said one thing in the heat of a moment, we have seen what is inside of him. People have seen, particularly the educated voters he is losing. People are not idiots. And somebody doesn’t get to get elected president in a do over because they brought in a smart consultant."
