James Comer: Republicans Have ‘A Lot of Discomfort’ Over Iran War Spending and Objectives
RUSH EXCERPT:
COMER: “I don’t think there are pretty think most Republicans, there’s a process for impeachment. You have to have investigation you’ve got to have a motion on the floor to impeach someone but having said that there’s a lot of discomfort with the effort and I ran with the public-relations and there a lot of questions as to how much we have spent, what are the goals and objectives moving forward and I think that if the secretary of defense would come out quickly and address those, I think Republicans should be solid enough. Having said that, that doesn’t mean we will continue down the same path in Iran. Everyone knows Iran is a bad country. This president had the guts to step up and try to do something to Iran. Every president talked about it and no other president had the guts to do it until President Trump”
