Rahm Emanuel: ‘Both Parties are Going Through a Historic Transformation’

RUSH EXCERPT:

EMANUEL: “Both. Both. If I step step back on the basically off the field and onto the sideline, both parties are going through a historic transformation. This was MAGA was very much tied to one person. There is a big internal debate that‘s about to happen in the Republican Party. Democrats are going to have that same debate, and both are going to play out in the presidential process. We nominated and elected three governors, all coming out of the moderate wing who led their parties. The senators in those states were of the more progressive wing of the party. And so it‘s very clear from a blue state to a red state to a purple state, that moderate candidates do better electorally.”
