RUSH EXCERPT:

HOGAN: “Well, I think an awful lot of them were upset, but I‘m not sure that was even the top issue for most voters. You know, this was a there were a lot of things behind this, but it was really a total repudiation of, of, of the Trump Administration. And people were just completely fed up. And they felt as if, you know, the Republicans were not focused on the issues that they cared about. I think affordability, the cost of, you know, everyday goods, the cost of gasoline and diesel, the cost of groceries was at the top of the list. But the war was upsetting both Republicans and Democrats.”
