Maggie Haberman: ‘This Has Been Brewing for Some Time’ as Trump Moves to Replace Susie Wiles With Stephen Miller

RUSH EXCERPT:
HABERMAN: “Before I get to that, I just want to remind people that when the president says he‘s not going to fire someone, it doesn‘t usually mean much. And often, in fact, means they‘re going to be fired pretty soon. So this has been brewing for some time. This was not a surprise. My colleagues and I reported earlier today, this is not just in recent days. The president has been incredibly critical of Susie Wiles behind the scenes to her face, two other people over the course of the last. I Would say at least six months, if not longer. There have been a bunch of people inside the administration undermining her as well. Now, Stephen Miller is actually not somebody who I‘m referring to in that category.”
