WALLACE: “So incredible. I mean, I was saying the last hour that Ohio and Florida were battlegrounds in my political career. Texas never. So, it is like a seismic — there aren’t even — there isn’t a sort of a working crop of strategists in Washington that have any idea how to run in Texas. It’s going to birth, you know, all of these young, smart folks, like the ones that work in your organization. Has it sunk in that Texas and, you know, Georgia has already been sort of a battleground. I can’t think of any other state, maybe Iowa. I mean, that what you just articulated is true, that Texas is now the center of the political universe.”
