Trump: ‘The Democrats Did a Good Job’

TRANSCRIPT:

TRUMP: "They were not able, in many cases, to get the votes. And I think the Democrats did a good job. I really do. I think they did a good job. They fought hard. They've been fighting for a long time. They have been fighting me for a long time. This fight has been going on for ages, you know, I started it, really, if you look at it, I’ve been doing it for 12 years with them and I’ve come up on top all the time. You know, I don’t like to consider it a defeat for me. I wasn’t on the ballot. If you’re on the ballot, it’s different than if you’re not on the ballot. But nevertheless, you know, I feel badly for a lot of very good Republicans, a lot of very good patriots that lost tonight. For them to lose is a tough thing."
