Kudlow to Harold Ford Jr.: ‘Government May Not Be Working But It’s Delivering the Best Economy in the World’

EXCERPT:

KUDLOW: "There's more people working than ever before in history. There's over 162 million people working and they're earning and their wages after tax, after inflation, are actually going up. Look, Harold, I’ll say this: Government may not be working, but it is delivering the best economy in the world. And let me make a second point. Government may not be working, but it closed the boarders, which is what people wanted. In some sense, Mr. Trump was too successful in the first year and didn’t sell it enough in the second year. And there are other things that were done that perhaps he could be selling. But right now I would say, if an economy is growing and prosperity is here and more folks are working, I would say, get government out of the way and let free enterprise do the job that it is doing."
