Sen. Mark Kelly: ‘We Have a President Who Can’t Accept Losing Elections’

‘We’re concerned about these elections’

EXCERPT:

KELLY: “Well, a decade, a decade ago, that would not have been necessary. It’s necessary now because we have a president who can’t accept losing elections, who literally sent a mob to attack the other Branch of government when he lost. I was there in the Capitol that day. We’ve never seen anything like this. And we’re concerned about these close elections. I appreciate Bruce for putting that out. I’m originally from New Jersey. I’m the son of two police officers. My parents always voted, and they made a point. I used to go to the polling place with my mom and dad, those big giant machines where you would pull the lever and watch that. And so, I appreciate what Bruce is doing. My message is, hey, we have a stronger democracy when more people vote."
