Jasmine Crockett Avoids Praising James Talarico When Asked to ‘Encourage’ Voters to Back Him

EXCERPT:

CROCKETT: “Listen, I think here's my issue. You know, we have had a problem on the Democratic side, whether it's Texas or otherwise, where we are looking for perfection. And one of the things that I say all the time as I'm out on the trail is stop looking for perfection in your preachers, as well as your politicians. You will never, ever find it, right? So the thing is, like, it's the 80-20 rule, right? Like, forget focusing on, say, the 20% they don't have, focus on the 80% that they can provide. So, you know, this may not be your favorite. This may not have been your pick, regardless of where you are in this country, including Michigan, right, this may not be your favorite. This may not have been your pick. But I promise you, you're going to get 80%. And you probably need to just say, we can roll with it.”
