EXCERPT:

WORTHINGTON (voice-over): "Stebbins was first arrested back in March, accused of sexually abusing four children, all of them siblings, in his Somers Point home for more than a decade. The allegations date back to 2012. The victims told investigators it was ongoing until 2025. One of the victims came forward as an adult in March, prompting investigators to look into possible abuse at Woodbine Elementary. According to prosecutors, a search of Stebbins' electronic devices uncovered numerous images and videos of students from the school. Court documents allege Stebbins recorded himself performing sex acts on the children in the school bathroom and during nap time."
