Van Jones: Trump Is ‘Out of Touch, Out of Tricks, Out of Time’; ‘He’s Out Here Talking About Some Stupid Pond’

EXCERPT:

JONES: “Not so much. I look at these polls. Men — you‘re correct, my beloved Barack Obama, recognizing he wasn‘t popular, stayed home. George W. Bush, recognizing he was unpopular in his second midterm, stayed at home. What you do when you‘re not popular is you don‘t stand next to your party and make it less popular. He didn‘t do any of that. And by the way, out of touch, out of tricks, out of time, Donald Trump. That‘s out of touch. You got — you got hospitals closing all across this country. You got people who can‘t fill up their gas tank past a quarter. It’s embarrassing to people’s children. He’s out here talking about some stupid pond.”
