Jake Johnson: ‘The Biggest Thing That We Have Heard Is Things Are Getting Too Expensive’ Across the District

RUSH EXCERPT:

JOHNSON: “Oh, man. I mean, we have held a town hall meeting in every county, 21 counties, 21 town halls. It’s just to be clear, unlike my opponent, who has called any constituents asking for an in-person meeting, a pitchfork wielding mob throwing a hissy fit, those are his words. We’ve hosted one in every county and across the board. The biggest thing that we have heard is things are getting too expensive. Costs are out of control, whether it’s housing, health care, child care, groceries, gasoline, just just name an issue. And my opponent has actively pushed policies to make things more”
