David Becker: ‘The DoJ Tried To Stop Certification of Alaska’s Election’ Before the New York Times Report
RUSH EXCERPT:
BECKER: “Well, first of all, we should understand the DoJ tried to stop certification of Alaska’s election before The New York Times report ever came out. They were already trying to interfere in Alaska’s very state specific certification process that is guaranteed under the Constitution. the Constitution says states get to run elections. They get to certify elections. They tried to interfere there, that there wasn’t much behind that case. I still don’t think that case has anything behind it. It will be disposed of very soon, perhaps as early as this weekend. Then this story came out. But the fact is, Alaska has already considered this. The senator sullivan already raised the prospect of this being a scam, this being a set up candidate, the ballot stacking issues.”
