Trump: Thanks to My Tariffs, We Have More Factories and Plants Being Built Right Now Than Ever Before

EXCERPT:

TRUMP: “Tariffs have made us rich. They brought all these companies in because if they come in, they don’t have to pay tariffs. So, instead of making it and selling it through and taking all our jobs and destroying our country, like has happened under all of these really stupid politicians, we are making a fortune in this country. And you’ll see it happening. We have more factories and plants being built in the United States right now than ever before in the history of our country. The U.S. Paper Mill Company is bringing paper manufacturing back to this very town. (applause) And also right here, it’s a great truck, Kenworth truck plant, because of our tariffs, because of our tariffs, they’re expanding their incredible place where they make these magnificent — they build a beautiful truck."
