Byron Donalds: I’d Be in Favor of Continuing the Investigation into Fauci If Elected Governor

EXCERPT:

JOHNSON: “Byron, I'm going to add Dr. Fauci. Dr. Fauci is under investigation in the state of Florida by the Attorney General James Uthmeier, and he is looking at how potentially state charges could get around the federal pardon for Dr. Fauci. Would you be in favor of continuing that investigation as governor?”
DONALDS: “Yes, I will. Yes, we will. And let me add something else to that. Do you know who chose Dr. Fauci over Florida? My opponent, David Jolly. When Ron DeSantis kept Florida open, the reason why so many people have come to the free state of Florida to just have freedom and liberty and peace away from big government, David Jolly, who was born and raised in Florida, he left Florida to go to Pennsylvania. He criticized Ron DeSantis for keeping Florida open. He did that on MSNBC. So like I tell people at every stop, anybody who chose Fauci over Florida does not deserve to be the governor of our states. And this is why Republicans and all voters need to get out and vote, because Florida were the best state in America. And that's because of common sense policy.”
