Rick Caruso Backs Karen Bass: ‘The DSA Platform Does Not Belong in Los Angeles’

CARUSO: "Well, we’ve got a choice. You know, in our political system, as you know, when you get to the runoff, you’ve got two choices. And given the choices that we have — and I think like many Angelenos I’ve struggled with that choice, but it is clear to me that Mayor Bass is going to be better going forward than Nithya Raman. And the DSA platform does not belong in Los Angeles, in my opinion. And I also do believe that Bass has learned a lot and we’ve spent a lot of time over the last couple months together. So I would encourage people to really give it a lot of thought and get out and vote. The most important thing is, everybody needs to get out and vote in L.A.. We've got some really critical races out here, Will."
