Brad Todd: Obama Was So Unpopular in His 2nd Term that No Democratic Candidate Wanted Him in Their Campaign
‘I‘d like to push back a little bit respectfully on Secretary Salazar there’
EXCERPT:
TODD: “And I‘d like to push back a little bit, respectfully, on Secretary Salazar there. You know, President Obama was not popular in his second midterm. In fact, he was so unpopular that no Democratic Senate candidate wanted him there, or he didn‘t care enough to go out and campaign for the team. He campaigned for zero Senate Democratic candidates in October in his second midterm. Think about it. Zero. And President Trump‘s campaigning in many states. And I don‘t agree with everything he‘s doing as he‘s campaigning down the stretch here, I don‘t think his message is all right, but he is leaving it all on the table and trying to campaign for the team. That's something Obama did not do."
