RUSH EXCERPT:

TRUMP: “So I said today to the press, I said, look, tell Obama the following. the White House is a symbol of America. And when it’s dirty, filthy, dirty, and broken, when the windows are cracked, when the exterior monument, they call them monuments on the outside, when they’re good on one side but missing on the other side of a window, people notice that. People know. I used to notice it. I came in 20 years ago, I came into the White House, and I was surprised. I looked and said, man, this place is in bad shape, it really is. Nobody has really done it. It’s been a long time. It was open 1792. And I made up forand I made up F because we did a job. It is actually in better shape now than when it was built.”
