CNN: Justice Department Charges James Comey for a Third Time

‘Mr. Comey has already responded’

EXCERPT:

POLANTZ: “Yeah, that‘s right, Jake. Live and in court, in federal court in Washington, D.C., what we see right now, and I‘m looking at the court record opening a new case against James Comey, the former FBI director. This new case, it‘s a charge, or two charges that were filed against him on October 5th. They were filed under seal, and they accuse Comey of illegally leaking or transmitting sensitive national security information outside of the federal government. They say, the Justice Department says in the court filing that this had happened when he was FBI director 10 years ago, in October of 2016.”
