Dem Rep. Dingell: Democrats ‘Finally Have a Competitive Primary System’ That’s Going to Test the 2028 Candidates

EXCERPT:

DINGELL: “So, I‘m one of those, I don‘t know, and I‘m happy to see that we finally have a competitive primary system that is going to test these candidates in places that have a population that reflects the country. I think people want to see people that are going to talk about how we‘re going to return manufacturing to this country. They‘re going to stand up to foreign countries like China and Russia. I think they want to know that somebody cares about lowering the cost of their groceries and gasoline. I think they don‘t want any more wars. And I think all of us want to see, how do the candidates answer questions? Do they duck them or do they have solutions?”
