HEMINGWAY: “I do think some of the difficulty of talking about things is a reflection of how the Democratic Party itself is having a little bit of a battle. It’s really been going on for 20 years. There was the Bill and Hillary Clinton way, and there was the Barack Obama way. And you see that even in the elections that are happening right now. This progressive wing, the ultra-progressive wing, which is not even pretending to be moderate anymore, is on the rise and a lot of Democrats wish it weren’t. And so, it’s kind of hard to run for that party’s nomination when you have these two sides that are really at war with each other.”
