Mich. AG Nessel: We Are Preparing Ourselves for Trump’s Election Interference ‘Because We Know What’s Going to Come’

EXCERPT:

NESSEL: “We are taking every scenario that has been suggested, because many of them, of course, have come right from the president or his allies, and we are preparing for those scenarios. And then we're trying to think outside the box for really any set of circumstances that one could think of. You know, we have had tabletop exercises over and over and over again. I've met with county and municipal clerks all over the state of Michigan. We've sent memos out to law enforcement about a number of scenarios and ensuring that they understand what the election laws are and how they ought to be enforced. So, you know, we are preparing ourselves in every way imaginable, because we know what's going to come.”
