Rep. Joe Neguse: ‘President Trump Was Most Offended’ That He Was Not ‘Getting a Cut’ of the Alleged Misconduct

RUSH EXCERPT:

NEGUSE: "I certainly hope so. I mean, look, I, I heard the president’s comments today regarding the the potential criminal investigation into Mr. Lewandowski. And as I said several months ago, during the course of that questioning that you just showed my, you know, ultimate assumption is that President Trump was most offended that he apparently was not, I guess, getting a cut of that particular, you know, misconduct that we had exposed during the course of the hearing. Oh, look, at the end of the day, I think it is folly for any of these folks to have assumed that this would not ultimately become public and that there would not be accountability.”
