DEAN: “I had a town hall this week at Penn State Abington, a local college campus, and people are gravely concerned over the betrayal by our president of Ukraine at this time, buying diesel, pumping hundreds of millions of dollars into Russia for the purchase of diesel, signing an executive order Friday night late, waiving all sanctions on Russia, interfering, of course, with Starshield and Starlink, and the other very damning piece of evidence is the failure to share intelligence information consistently with Mr. Zelenskyy. That led, and he described it in the call, that led to them not being able to provide early warning to citizens, and of course, it led to death. This is a historic moment. It should not be lost on anybody that this administration is partnering with Putin against our ally, Ukraine."
