CORTES: “But then, thirdly— and this is key you’ll- give the path out and I think the path out is pointing to the pre war trajectory which was fantastic. If we didn’t engage in this war of choice, we’D have an entirely different election right now, because real wages were growing, they were growing dramatically. Higher energy prices were incredibly cheap and getting cheaper. We were on a great path if we didn’t choose this misguided war, but remind people of that and say this war won’t last forever we’re going to get back to that path. But you got a first level of people, then you have to empathize with them. Then you can make that case that we’re gonna get back to where we were in February this year before we started as mideast war.”
