Markwayne Mullin Confirms Presence of Heat Ray Weapon at the Southern Border

EXCERPT:

MULLIN: “Well, listen, we're always evaluating technology on the border. Deterrent is the best option we have. And so any technology we can use to deter people from trying to enter this country illegally, we're doing that. If you want to enter this country legally, we have a system for you to do that with. But we assume that you're trying to come here illegally. It's because you're trying to take advantage of the American system. And we can't trust you because you're breaking the law. So we're going to use whatever tool we have at our disposal to keep that from happening.”
