And he said, 'It’s time for people to become more adult in their foreign policy. And nuclear powers do need to speak with each other.' And this relates to why Trump wants to be talking to Putin and Zelenskyy to end this Ukraine-Russia war. That’s what adults do. Sometimes you have to talk to people who aren’t your favorite people to get that negotiated settlement that is going to happen."
