‘Outrageous’; ‘National Disgrace’: John Brennan Slams Steve Witkoff for Calling Putin a ‘Humanitarian’

BRENNAN: “I don’t know how many times, Nicolle, we get together, and we have to refer to something that this administration does as a national disgrace. This certainly is a national disgrace. It is outrageous that a representative of the president of the United States calls Vladimir Putin, as you rightly said, is a mass murderer responsible for the deaths of many, many hundreds of thousands of Ukrainians in Russia, Russians who invaded, unprovoked, the country of Ukraine. And it continues to carry out these, what are war crimes, inside of Ukraine. For Steve Witkoff to call him a humanitarian, again, it’s just — it’s just, you know, you can’t overstate the immorality of this administration. And also, I think it sends a clear signal to the world about what this administration is all about.”
