U.S. Atty. Bill Essayli: We Believe There’s a Minimum of 20,000 of Non-Citizens Voting in California
‘It is unconstitutional, in violation of federal law for American citizens to have their votes diluted by non-citizens’
EXCERPT:
ESSAYLI: “So, I would push back on that narrative as far — how do they know if it’s widespread or not? They just admit it by their own filings that they do nothing to confirm the citizenship status of any registered voter. So, they have no way of verifying whether or not these people are actually citizens or not. So, they have no basis to say whether it’s widespread or not. We’re telling them it’s a minimum of 20,000. We think it’s hundreds of thousands, but let’s start with the 20,000. If we’re wrong, prove us wrong in court. That’s why — that’s all we’re asking for. Sequester these ballots. Let’s go to a judge and let’s fight it out in the courtroom. They’re afraid, and you have to ask, what are they afraid of?”
