Paul Mauro: Ilhan Omar Could Face ‘at the Least Denaturalization’ if Proven She Committed Immigration Fraud
EXCERPT:
MAURO: “So, she could face, at the least, denaturalization if, in fact, her naturalization paperwork is found to be fraudulent, or if her father’s naturalization paperwork cannot be located, because there’s reporting that her father’s naturalization, final naturalization adjudication is not in evidence in the DHS databases. Which means, if he was never naturalized, even if her birth date is accurate, she couldn’t come in under him. She would be denaturalized as a result, she can no longer serve in Congress. She’s been here on the false pretenses. Chances are she would be deported. But then there’s the DNA issue that you allude to. Now, my question here is not how they got her DNA, but how they got her brother’s DNA, who had been living in Kenya, now lives reportedly in London. That argues that they put together a pretty far-reaching investigation here to demonstrate conspiracy to commit immigration fraud. That is criminal. She could go to jail, as Donald Trump says.”
