EVANS: "Tax cuts, more money in people’s pockets, we put a bunch in that: no tax on tips, no tax on overtime. State of Colorado, unfortunately, we taxed overtime after we voted to make overtime tax-free. Lower taxes on Social Security. We cut taxes on small business. State of Colorado voted to re-tax those small businesses after we made them — we lowered their taxes as well. So there’s lots of things that I would make permanent."
