Sec. Hegseth Says the U.S. Has Not Directed Any Changes to Starshield Satellite Coverage in Ukraine

REPORTER: “You said the U.S. policy on Ukraine hasn’t changed. Does that include Starshield coverage? That — and pulled back?”

HEGSETH: “We haven’t pulled anything back. There are terms of service that ultimately need to be complied to and that’s where — that’s where start Starlink has the option to make those decisions. But nothing has changed from our view. We haven’t made any directives or anything like that. And we wish the Ukrainians, obviously, success.”
