Byron Donalds: ‘David Jolly Is a Fraud’

DONALDS: "David Jolly is a fraud. Let’s just be very clear. He says out of one side of his mouth that he condemns socialism, but even his insurance plan he's put forward is a government takeover of wind insurance in the state of Florida. He promises people these big savings. The truth of the matter is, when studied by Florida State University, his plan would lead to higher premiums for the people of Florida and a $1,000 hurricane tax across the board. If that’s not socialism, where you push the risk on everybody, I don’t know what is. So, this is a guy who is a fraud. He's just saying whatever he feels he needs to say to try to get votes. But when you look at his actual policies, if you ever can find him long enough to talk about those policies, they are vapid, it's a lot of talking points, no details, no substance.”
