Pete Buttigieg: ‘I’m Not Sure’ Why It Was Hard for El-Sayed to Say Iran Is Our Enemy and Israel Is Our Ally
‘But I will be voting for Abdul El-Sayed over Mike Rogers because he wants to get health care to more Americans while Mike Rogers repeatedly voted to cut health care for Americans and tried to cut and eliminate the Affordable Care Act’
EXCERPT:
BUTTIGIEG: “I’m not sure. And look, there is no candidate, and for that matter, no human being that I agree with 100 percent of the time. But I will be voting for Abdul El-Sayed over Mike Rogers because he wants to get health care to more Americans, while Mike Rogers repeatedly voted to cut health care for Americans, tried to cut and eliminate the Affordable Care Act, and would be part of a congressional GOP that broke its promise and cut Medicaid. So, the choice to me could not be clearer. And I think it’s going to be based on what is most affecting people in their everyday life.”
