U.S. Sen. Candidate Whatley on Voters Amid Midterms: They Understand That Democrats Are Going to Impeach Trump

EXCERPT:

WHATLEY: “Yeah, we’ve been pounding on this message continuously, because North Carolina tends to elect Democrat governors and they tend to elect Republican senators because they do not want Chuck Schumer. They do not want Elizabeth Warren. They do not want Bernie Sanders to be in charge of the United States Senate. They understand, as soon as that happens, the Democrats are going to impeach President Trump. They’re going to impeach Vice President Vance. They’ll impeach our Secretary of War, our Secretary of Homeland Security. They’ll impeach our Attorney General. They have no agenda at all. You know, in 2024, they ran on a failed agenda. They have doubled down on it right now, and the only thing that they have is opposition to President Trump, and that is not what the people of North Carolina want to see.”
