Trump: The Poverty Rate Has Reached ‘its Lowest Level in the History of Our Country’

TRUMP: “Just reached it’s lowest level in the history of our country, look good. African American poverty, Hispanic American poverty and Native American poverty rates are, at their all time, lowest levels ever recorded ever.  And, the stock market just did it again. Today we have 80 four, all time record highs, since the election was just a little more than a year and a half ago.”
