John Bolton: This Whole Episode Between Trump, Putin and Zelenskyy ‘Is Just an Embarrassment to the United States’

EXCERPT:

BOLTON: “Well, he thinks Vladimir Putin is his friend, and Trump sees international relations through the prism of personal -- personal relations. So if he and Vlad are friends, as is just demonstrated by this wonderful diesel deal, then U.S.-Russian relations are good. He obviously doesn't see Zelenskyy as a friend and treats him that way. I think the whole episode apart from being strategically disastrous is just an embarrassment to the United States.”
