Fox News Panel Blasts James Talarico’s Two-Week Absence: He Has to Be Honest if He Has a Sickness

‘You know how big Texas is’

EXCERPT:

TRAVIS: "So, I think Ken Paxton is gonna win. I think he's gonna win by several points. I think part of what is going on is, Texans have won so many races for the Republican Party for so long that I think a lot of them don't believe this case -- this campaign is as close as it is. Let me also go back to the two-week absence. I think that James Talarico owes it to everyone to be honest about what is going on here. Okay? He did not have, in my opinion, the flu for two weeks as a 37-year-old to drop out. Remember, he didn’t make a single video. We talk about Biden hating in his basement. He was still doing media. Look, an athlete, how often the guys get severely injured and they put a video out from the hospital bed while they are recovering? Nothing from him for two weeks. And why does this matter. Remember John Fetterman, when we weren't supposed to ask about his health-related concerns? He won that election, got to D.C., and immediately he had to check himself into Walter Reed to be treated. If you’re a Texan and you want somebody who can do the job on day one for the entire state, whether you are Democrat or Republican or independent, I don't think that James Talarico can do it. I think it's a very germane question in this race to vanish for two weeks at the crucible moment of determination and I think he has to be honest about it."
