CNN Mark Morales: ‘The Big Question’ Is Whether Oscar Belgal, Who Was Shot by ICE, Will Be Deported

RUSH EXCERPT:

MORALES: "Now, there‘s still the big question about the deportation itself and whether or not that‘s going to take place. Lawyers for belgal are arguing that he should be released, but the first question that has to be discussed is, where do they actually make these arguments? Belgal attorney filed motions in New York to get him released, but by the time they did that, it turned out he was actually at a facility in New Jersey. So while all that needs to be ironed out, he‘s sitting at a facility in brooklyn, New York,"
