JOHNSON: "Really, really rebuilding the office. Ken Paxton has had this place for 12 years. You know, Abbott, towards the end of his tenure as attorney general, we started started the attrition. The really dedicated public servants have found it difficult to do their jobs in that office. So we’re going to have to recruit a lot of people. Fortunately, I’m hearing from lawyers and policy analysts and economists all the time about how good they would feel to come work for an attorney general.
