SANDERS: “Exactly. And by the way, that was an issue I don’t think they got into in that debate. But here’s a simple reality. Elon Musk, the richest guy in the world, spent almost $300 million to help elect Trump president. $290 million. And now he’s going to spend $200 million to try to keep Republican control over the house and the Senate and other Republican billionaires that come in. Does anybody in their right mind think that is democracy. That is oligarchy. And that is every reason in the world why you have to make sure that Republicans do not continue to control the house and the Senate.”
