HINOJOSA: “Listen, Greg Abbott has spent $80 million in paid communications. I‘ve spent $7 million, and the last four major polls have me winning. And so, we don‘t have to spend dollar for dollar what Greg Abbott spends, we have already demonstrated that Texans want change, but we have to spend enough money to tell people who I am, what I‘m about. It‘s expensive. Texas is the high rollers table. It‘s a high cost to play here at the high rollers table. But we‘ve been dealt a phenomenal hand. And no, it is not too late to invest in Texas. It is expensive because the payout is so big. Right? Texas is the prize. And if we‘re not playing at the high rollers table in 2026, what are we even doing as Democrats? We have an opportunity of a generation to win, and that is why we are doubling down in these final days of the election.”
