U.S. Atty. Bill Essayli Announces Federal Charges Against Drug Dealers on Skid Row

TRANSCRIPT:

ESSAYLI: “Over 50 warrants have been written just for this operation today. We're going to be arresting 28 individuals on federal drug trafficking charges. We're executing over 44 search warrants, some of which are being executed right now in Skid Row. A lot of the tents you see here are not people living in these tents. These tents are being used to sell drugs. So we're going to be searching those tents. They will be taken down, and we'll be arresting the people suspected of trafficking.”
