OSBORN: “In June of 2025, the United States conducted a bombing operation that general had talked about, Midnight Hammer, that was supposed to clear Iran's nuclear program back, be able to stop their ability to enrich uranium. But here we still are, currently engaged in a war. And Congress, from the Founding Fathers, is a co-equal branch of government. And there's a War Powers Act here that needs to be enacted. It's Congress's job right now to move this country forward in the matters of Iran.”
